Terms and Conditions
- All services continue automatically unless we are notified otherwise. The absence of prepayment does not constitute the discontinuance of service; services will continue and will be billed upon completion. Proper discontinuance notification methods are: verbal communication with a live phone agent, email with company confirmation response, and postal mail with company confirmation response.
- Services will include a pre-notification, done in the method of our choosing, via either a live call, robo-call or text message. Notifications will be distributed as early in advance as practicable, usually the day before a service but sometimes the same day as service. Technology may cause issues in your reception of these communications. Not receiving a pre-notification does not remove your obligation to pay for service(s) completed.
- We are happy to offer you up to 30 days to pay for your service(s).
- A late fee of $5 will be added to your account if service(s) is not paid within 49 days of service completion.
- Any discounts will be removed from all services on your account if service(s) is not paid within 63 days of service completion.
- Prepayment plans are nonrefundable.
- Service calls are always free for customers engaging in full programs. Service calls requested 21 days or more after the completion of a service will be combined with your next regularly scheduled, billable service.
